Advanced level study demands a lot of commitment and choosing the right subjects to follow is very important.

You should be sure to choose a programme that interests you but please do remember that studying a subject at A Level can be very different from GCSE.

The combination of subjects you pick should also meet your future university course or career aspirations.

We are part of a collaboration of schools which includes St Edward's College, West Derby High, Holly Lodge Girls’ College and Broughton Hall High School, Cardinal Heenan students may therefore get the opportunity to work with others from our partner schools.

Please visit the curriculum section of this site to find out more about individual subject areas and qualifications.

Visit our growing careers section for tips and advice about choosing the best path for your future, whether that's employment or university.
