  • More rigorous self-evaluation and quality assurance procedures in place using the local teaching school
  • There is a trend of rising achievement in many subjects at both GCSE and Post16 as shown in appendix
  • Decisive action was taken in Science, leading to the individual sciences all achieving above National Average and a significant improvement in the core and additional.
  • Decisive action has been taken to make the tracking of students' progress towards more demanding targets more accurate and robust
