Steven Scoops Gold!

Last weekend Steven Jones represented Liverpool in the high jump at the English Schools Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

The Year 9 student jumped 1.84, 1.87 and 1.90m at Alexander Stadium, equalling then beating his personal best to win the title of National Junior High Jump Champion!

This is an unbelievable achievement shows true strength of character. We're so proud of him and his great efforts for the school and our city, congratulations Steven from all students and staff at Cardinal Heenan.
