Cardinal Heenan is taking part in the annual Dot-Art competition for schools across Liverpool.
A few weeks ago our art department selected and submitted a range of pieces by year 9 students for the judge's consideration; this week they will be meeting to select three finalists to represent our school.
The finalists from across Merseyside will then to go forward to the public vote from Monday 31 March.
The winning artwork from each participating school will be selected in May and shown at a special exhibition at the Walker Art Gallery in June.
See all of the submissions from our school here via our Flickr page.
Look out for voting details here soon!
