Support the Owen McVeigh Foundation

Owen McVeigh was a year 7 pupil at our school until he sadly, and very suddenly, died in December of Leukaemia.

His parents have set up a foundation in his name with the aim to raise money for children who are in need. The support for this has gathered huge momentum and we are all hopeful that a substantial amount of money will be raised!

T-shirts have now been made with the flag that was created by the supporters' group Spion kop 1906 as the motif and are now available to order, priced at £10, and all money will go to the Owen McVeigh foundation.

The t-shirt can be ordered directly online by visiting http://hat-scarf-or-a-badge.com and entering 'Owen McVeigh' as a search in products.

However; if you are unable to purchase a t-shirt online, please Download and Complete this Form and return it to Mrs Quirk, Head of Year 7 - enclosing cash to the correct amount - before Friday 11 March.

Orders will be passed to the foundation and t-shirts will be delivered to school within two weeks and be passed to your son for home delivery.

Additional sizes have now been added to the original selection listed on the form and are shown below.

  • 3-4 child
  • XXXL adult
  • XXXXL adult

If you wish to order any of these sizes, please make this clear on your form by writing on the back if needed.

Liverpool Shirt Raffle

There will also be a raffle draw in aid of the Owen McVeigh Foundation. The draw for a signed Liverpool shirt (signed by Flanagan, Coutinho, Firmino and Moreno) will take place on Wednesday, 16 March.

Tickets are priced at just 20p and will be sold in school until Friday, 11 March by the year 7 pastoral team. All money raised will be given to Owen's foundation.
