Students Encouraged to Aim for Oxford and Cambridge

A number of Liverpool schools, including Cardinal Heenan, are taking part in an initiative aimed at getting more Liverpool students into the country's top universities.

The Liverpool to Oxford Collaborative was started by West Derby MP, Stephen Twigg, and will offer specialist support to pupils to get more of our young people into Oxford and Cambridge.

The project was launched last night when 100 pupils and their families from across the city were invited to St John Bosco school to hear more about the support they can access.

You can read the full details in the Liverpool Echo article here.
